Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Develop and maintain innovative menus with consistent quality
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Promote a professional and positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training preferred
