Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver professional theoretical and practical training in Hair Styling and Makeup Artistry.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and practical demonstrations.
• Train students in haircutting, hairstyling, hair coloring, bridal hairstyles, hair treatments, and current industry trends.
• Conduct training in day, evening, bridal, fashion, editorial, and special occasion makeup.
• Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and student documentation.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Keep up to date with the latest hair and makeup trends, techniques, and products.
• Support students in developing practical skills and preparing for employment in the beauty industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Certification in Hair Styling, Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hair styling and makeup, preferably with training or teaching experience.
• Strong expertise in haircutting, hairstyling, hair coloring, hair treatments, bridal hairstyling, and professional makeup techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• UAE experience in the beauty or education sector is an advantage.
