Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Schedule personal training sessions and group classes
- Maintain attendance records and update member database
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist in promoting gym packages, offers, and memberships
- Coordinate with trainers and gym staff when required
Requirements
- Female candidate (as per business requirement)
- On Visit Visa (preferred)
- Previous experience in gym, hotel, or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts
