Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries
  • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Schedule personal training sessions and group classes
  • Maintain attendance records and update member database
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist in promoting gym packages, offers, and memberships
  • Coordinate with trainers and gym staff when required

Requirements

  • Female candidate (as per business requirement)
  • On Visit Visa (preferred)
  • Previous experience in gym, hotel, or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts
