General Manager — 502 Fitness (New Castle, CO)

502 Fitness is looking for a high-energy, people-focused General Manager to lead our brand-new 24/7 fitness facility in New Castle, Colorado. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about fitness, sales, community relationships, and delivering an elite member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and retention
• Build relationships with members and the local community
• Lead day-to-day gym operations
• Manage staff, schedules, and customer experience
• Utilize technology, software, and social media platforms effectively
• Help create a positive, motivating gym culture

Qualifications:

• Fitness industry experience preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional
• Comfortable with technology and gym software systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
