Gym Attendant (Cleaning & Facilities) – Spirit Level, Al Quoz 3

Spirit Level is a hybrid fitness and HYROX gym in Al Quoz 3, Dubai. Our members train hard, and we want them to walk into a gym that is spotless every time. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working gym attendant to keep our gym, changing rooms and showers clean and ready all day.

What you’ll do

• Clean and reset the gym floor after classes: wipe down equipment, re-rack weights, sweep and mop
• Keep toilets, showers and changing rooms clean and stocked throughout the day
• Deep clean the whole gym during the midday closure (Monday to Thursday)
• Restock soap, tissue and cleaning supplies
• Help coaches set up and pack down equipment for classes
• Do a full close-down clean at the end of each day so the gym is ready for the next morning
• Report any broken equipment or maintenance problems

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday: 11am to 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Friday: day off
• A 1-hour lunch break every day; 48 working hours a week in total

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience (gym, hotel, office or commercial)
• Reliable and on time, every day
• Takes pride in a high standard of cleanliness and works without being chased
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet all day
• Basic spoken English
• Currently in the UAE and able to start soon

What we offer

• AED 1,700 a month (AED 1,200 basic + AED 500 housing and transport allowance)
