Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the gym area, locker rooms, and equipment are clean and well maintained.
Greet and assist gym members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor gym usage and ensure members follow safety rules and gym policies.
Report any equipment damage or safety issues to the supervisor.
Assist with setting up gym equipment and fitness areas when required.
Handle basic inquiries from members and provide information about gym facilities.
Ensure towels, water stations, and amenities are properly stocked.
Support fitness trainers and management when required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in a gym, hotel, or fitness center is an advantage.
Home country experience is accepted.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Basic knowledge of gym equipment and safety procedures.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
