Duties

Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
Lead night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall guest experience
Train and mentor front desk and housekeeping staff to uphold service standards and operational procedures
Collaborate with other departments such as food & beverage, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth hotel operations
Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest services roles
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software
Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with resort or hotel environments and guest relations best practices
Exceptional phone etiquette skills for multi-line phone systems and guest communication
