Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively. The Guest Service Agent will manage front desk operations, assist with guest needs, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
  • Ensure front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with guests and staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in front desk or hotel guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing guest inquiries efficiently
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel operations is advantageous
  • Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
