We are seeking an outgoing Guest Service Agent/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport, a newly opened, and fully renovated full-service hotel with exceptional amenities including on-site restaurant, bar, and Starbucks coffee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities

– Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner

– Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

– Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

– Process reservations and cancellations accurately

– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Required Skills:

– Transportation: Holds a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record.

– Commercial Driver’s license with passenger endorsement or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.

– Open availability with flexibility to cover a rotating overnight front desk agent shift.

– Experience in hospitality customer service or front desk role

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Multilingual/Bilingual)

– Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations

– Proficient in phone etiquette
