Position: Guest Services Agent Location: Whistler, BC

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a role that combines hospitality, adventure, and teamwork? Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist with registration, room assignments, and departures.
Handle guest requests, provide information on hotel services, and recommend local attractions.
Assist with luggage handling and concierge services, including booking activities, dining reservations, and transport.
Respond promptly to telephone and text inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and support other departments as required.
Qualifications:

Positive attitude with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is an asset.
Knowledge of Whistler and its attractions is highly valued.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of lifting luggage up to 40lbs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
