Position: Guest Services Agent Location: Whistler, BC

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a role that combines hospitality, adventure, and teamwork? Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Services Agent to be the first and last point of contact for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with registration, room assignments, and departures.
• Handle guest requests, provide information on hotel services, and recommend local attractions.
• Assist with luggage handling and concierge services, including booking activities, dining reservations, and transport.
• Respond promptly to telephone and text inquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and support other departments as required.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is an asset.
• Knowledge of Whistler and its attractions is highly valued.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting luggage up to 40lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
