Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Night Audit Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Multilingual abilities and hotel management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Process payments securely and accurately, adhering to hotel policies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person
- Assist in guest relations efforts to foster positive experiences and repeat business
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required
- Hospitality or resort experience will be considered an asset
