Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and assist with managing rooms inventory, implement pricing strategies, processes bookings to maximize hotel revenue, and assist with general Guest Services Operations.
  • Assists in implementing revenue strategies, managing room inventory, and understanding market trends.
  • Coordinate room assignment and inventory to maximize rate RevPAR. Assign rates, rate codes, and restrictions, ensuring accurate data in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Assist in reconciling monthly commissions by auditing OTA reservations and travel agent-related bookings to ensure accurate billing on commissions.
  • Assist with reconciliation of reservations between our Reservations Management System and Property Management System.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in guest services, reservations, or revenue operation with basic knowledge of at least 2 of 3 areas
  • Bachler’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
