Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction across our resort or hotel property. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the system
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting when required
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations throughout all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights if necessary, in a fast-paced environment
- A professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
