Job Description: As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
Checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
Handling reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Resolving guest issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Hotel Key experience preferred
