Guest Service Agent – Be the Heart of the Hotel!

Love meeting new people and making them feel welcome? Join our team as a Guest Service Agent and help create amazing guest experiences from the moment they walk in!

You’ll:

• Welcome guests with a big smile
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Assign rooms, issue keys, and process payments
• Team up with housekeeping to keep every stay running smoothly

We’re looking for:

• Friendly, reliable, and positive team players
• Great communication and multitasking skills
• Hospitality or customer service experience (a plus—we’ll train!)
