Full job description

We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Guest Services Reprsentative to cover evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Accurately handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and availability
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform Night Audit duties, including balancing daily transactions (weekends)
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review
  • Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
