Full job description
We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Guest Services Reprsentative to cover evening shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival
- Accurately handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and availability
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform Night Audit duties, including balancing daily transactions (weekends)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review
- Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
