Title: Guest Services Representative
Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum
Reports to: Front Office Supervisor / Assistant General Manager
Position Summary
Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum is seeking for Guest Services Representatives to join our Front Office team. This 150-suite, full-service hotel is preparing for a property renovation in 2026 and continues to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests while performing front desk operations in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a professional check-in and check-out experience
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Process reservations, payments, and billing accurately
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status
- Follow all brand standards, safety guidelines, and cash handling procedures
- Support overall front office operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience required; hotel front desk experience preferred
- Experience with Hilton systems PEP preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic
