Responsibilities:

  • To greet and take care of marina guests and handle all inquiries.
  • To accomplish general office procedures such as customer e-mailing responses, necessary documents’ preparation for signing the contracts, updating customer data base, regular reports etc.
  • To deal with all berths related contracts: storage usage etc., make offers, issue invoices, conclude berthing, storage and travel lift contracts.
  • To carry out any other duties that may be required to operate the facilities at Dubai Harbour Marinas as requested by the management occasionally.
  • To insert all necessary data and keep records up to date to operate the marina management software properly.
  • To collect payments and hand over to the accounting department along with related reports
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare operational and financial records for Management to review
  • Post charges to customers and handle payments transactions.
  • Evaluate the performance and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Clear and handle the outstanding balances.
  • Maintain the customer’s account with the MMS
  • and proprietary information,and protect company assets.
  • To carry out any other duties that may be required to operate the facilities at Dubai Harbour Marinas as requested by the management occasionally.
  • To ensure compliance with ISO integrated management systems requirements in the daily operations of Dubai Harbour Marinas

Qualifications:

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

  • High school or bachelor’s degree (Preferably from a Maritime School or a School of Tourism)

Experience

  • Front desk / Hospitality and service experience (Marina or Hotel or Camp) for minimum 2 years
