Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct night audits as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and messages.
  • Cook and serve breakfast.
  • Assist other departments when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; or abilities are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and phone systems related to hotel operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
