GSA Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software.
- Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, local information, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details during night audits or shift changes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Housekeeping Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
Experience
- Previous experience in Housekeeping and hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices will help you excel in this role.
- Bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to serve a broader range of guests effectively.
