We are hiring a Guest Service Agent for a 4-star hotel in Dubai who is capable of handling night audit duties and delivering excellent guest service. Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Manage night audit procedures, including daily revenue reconciliation and report preparation.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure accurate billing and posting of charges.
- Maintain front office records and support smooth shift operations.
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of front office experience, preferably in hotels within the UAE.
- Knowledge of IDS
