Guest Service Agent

We are hiring a Guest Service Agent for a 4-star hotel in Dubai who is capable of handling night audit duties and delivering excellent guest service. Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Manage night audit procedures, including daily revenue reconciliation and report preparation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Ensure accurate billing and posting of charges.
  • Maintain front office records and support smooth shift operations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of front office experience, preferably in hotels within the UAE.
  • Knowledge of IDS
