Position Summary
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the Front Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first and last impression
Register guests, verify reservations, and process check-in and check-out transactions
Handle payments, room keys, safety deposit boxes, and guest accounts in accordance with security procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating and following up as needed
Post charges, manage room assignments, and complete pre-arrival room blocking for special requests and loyalty members
Maintain knowledge of room rates, promotions, packages, and occupancy levels
Communicate clearly with incoming shifts and collaborate effectively with team members
Contribute to guest loyalty by consistently exceeding service expectations

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Physically able to stand and remain mobile throughout the shift
·Previous Front Desk or hospitality experience is an asset
