Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, seasonal Guest Services Agent to serve as a primary point of contact for campground guests. In this role, you will assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins while helping create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone visiting the campground.
The Guest Services Agent supports daily campground operations by providing administrative assistance, delivering excellent guest service, and assisting with retail operations at the Trading Post. This position works closely with the campground team to ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service and that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is a live-on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic outdoor hospitality environment. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while supporting overall campground operations.
Wage: $18 per hour
Staff Accommodation: available on site. Applicants applying with a friend or partner are encouraged to apply, as shared staff accommodation may be available.
Shifts: Full-time, seasonal (May to October) position including days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Monitor and respond to campground email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage guest bookings, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs through the reservation system
Maintain accurate guest and reservation records within campground management systems
Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, general inquiries, and campground information
Support general office organization and assist with daily administrative operations
