Duties

OPEN Availability INCLUDING WEEKENDS – Mandatory

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles using hotel management software.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills to serve diverse guests effectively.
