Front Desk and Guest Services Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk and Guest Services Associate, where your excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude will help create memorable experiences for our guests. This role offers a diverse and fast-paced environment, providing opportunities to collaborate across departments and develop your hospitality expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
  • Handle to-go orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry departments to coordinate room checks, cleaning, and maintenance needs
  • Support hostessing duties by seating guests and managing reservations
  • Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining and common areas
  • Utilize property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software to process reservations, orders, and payments
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, filling in gaps as needed across various roles

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Working knowledge of reservation software and property management systems (PMS)
  • Experience with POS systems for order processing and payments
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the flexibility to support housekeeping, laundry, and food service operations
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
