“`Job Summary“` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you. “`Duties“` – Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities – Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency – Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner – Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events – Process reservations and manage room assignments – Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests – Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction – Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records “`Experience“` – Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – Excellent problem-solving abilities – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively – Proficient in using computer systems and software applications – Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
