Job Title: Guest Service Agent (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Little Current, ON

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are currently hiring Guest Service Agents for a Hotel & Conference Centre in Little Current, ON. We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Address guest requests, concerns, and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and customer service standards

Requirements:

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience is an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems is an asset
• Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
