Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, seasonal Guest Services Agent to serve as a primary point of contact for campground guests. In this role, you will assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins while helping create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone visiting the campground.

The Guest Services Agent supports daily campground operations by providing administrative assistance, delivering excellent guest service, and assisting with retail operations at the Trading Post. This position works closely with the campground team to ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service and that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is a live-on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic outdoor hospitality environment. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while supporting overall campground operations
