Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely
  • Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
