Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions securely
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
