Duties

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest comfort
Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the room surfaces
Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
Follow established procedures for safety, sanitation, and security protocols during all cleaning activities
Support housekeeping management by completing assigned tasks efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred; hotel experience is a plus
Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent attention to detail to ensure every guest room meets cleanliness expectations
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues
