About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our growing Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Holiday Homes operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams.
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to guests as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes operations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Own vehicle required (fuel allowance provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
