Looking for a reliable and skilled Guest Relation Officer (not a management position) to maintain our holiday rental apartments in Downtown Dubai. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly, take care of ad-hoc or routine maintenance, inspect cleaning quality, keep the apartments guest-ready at all times and perform in-person check-ins.

Responsibilities:

Guest Readiness:

  • Conduct in-person check-ins (night, weekend and holidays included)
  • Check apartments after guests leave to note repairs and damages
  • Make sure apartments are clean, well-stocked, and ready for next guests

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Inspect apartments regularly to avoid future problems
  • Test systems like A/C, water heaters, Wi-Fi, electronics before guest arrivals
  • Schedule and track relevant maintenance appointments

Teamwork and Support:

  • Coordinate with cleaners and other team members to keep operations smooth
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or minor issues during their stay
  • Deliver missing items, replace amenities, or pick up purchases, when needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in holiday homes is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to self manage work responsibilities
  • Flexible to work occasionally on weekends or holidays and nights, if needed
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must (own car preferred)
  • GOOD English communication skills: written and verbal
  • Experience working with Hostaway/Airbnb is a plus
  • Arabic would be an advantage
