Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
- Promote restaurant offers, special menus, and events to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure that all guests leave satisfied and with a positive impression of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service role (preferably in F&B or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
