Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
  • Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Promote restaurant offers, special menus, and events to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure that all guests leave satisfied and with a positive impression of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service role (preferably in F&B or hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
