Under the supervision of the Building/Grounds Supervisor; the incumbent performs duties assisting in the care and upkeep of the landscaped areas of campus grounds and performs building maintenance and repair in multi-skilled work environment.
- Mows grass weekly during peak season, picks up trash along the fence surrounding the campus, keeps grounds free of all limbs and debris, trims all bushes and hedges as needed, and cleans flower beds.
- Maintains equipment by doing daily preventive maintenance and keeps equipment free of debris by washing and blowing down equipment daily.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Position(s) for this posting are located at Coastal Regional Center, an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) of BHDD-OIDD located in Summerville, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
