Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper/Handy Man Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills related to maintenance, landscaping, and general repairs. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to ensure that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Conduct landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Assist with gardening duties, including weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Some carpentry assistance

Skills

• Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscaping practices.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and gardening methods.
• Experience using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers.
