Full-Time Grounds Maintenance

United Communities is seeking a Full-Time Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Maximize and maintain the curb appeal of the property
• Keep parking areas, sidewalks, planted areas, and lawns free of litter and obstructions
• Assist with snow removal as required
• Perform fall clean-up, including raking leaves and protecting plants that need additional care
• Help clean turnover apartments when needed
• Assist Maintenance Technicians when needed
• Communicate any issues requiring further attention to the Property Manager or Service Manager
• Actively contribute to teamwork at both the property and company levels to support overall success
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help where needed
