Job Opening: Graphic Designer & Gift Designer (Retail) – Full-Time

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Gift Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Rolla, Sharjah.

This is more than a traditional graphic design position. As part of our creative retail team, you’ll design artwork for personalised gifts, create custom gift concepts, assemble gifts, assist customers, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our store. If you enjoy seeing your designs come to life and being involved in the entire creative process, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for personalised gifts, including stickers, labels, tags, packaging, gift cards, and other printed materials.
• Create and assemble customised gifts and gift hampers for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate gifting, festive occasions, and other celebrations.
• Assist customers with gift selection, personalisation, and creative recommendations.
• Prepare artwork for production with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop new gift concepts, seasonal collections, and personalised product ideas.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising throughout the store.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organisation, and general day-to-day store operations.
• Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related design field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, and layout.
• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Willing to be hands-on with both design work and gift creation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance work is preferred.
