The Torrington Telegram is seeking a dependable, creative full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.

This position focuses on advertising design, promotional graphics, and special publication layout in a fast-paced newspaper environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design print and digital ads for local businesses
• Create promotional graphics and web ads
• Assist with special publications and page layout
• Work directly with advertisers and internal staff

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• No weekends
• No late nights
• Major holidays off
• Starting at $16/hour

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design preferred, but not required
• Adobe InDesign knowledge is a plus
• Basic Photoshop skills helpful
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
