We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our commercial printing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing artwork for print production, understanding file setup requirements, and ensuring high-quality output across various printed materials. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork for a wide range of print products, including brochures, flyers, business cards, packaging, banners, and signage.
• Set up print-ready files with correct bleeds, color profiles, resolutions, and formatting.
• Review customer-supplied files and make necessary corrections to ensure accurate print output.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and production staff to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Assist in layout adjustments, color matching, prepress tasks, and proofing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.
• Stay updated on printing technologies, materials, and design trends relevant to commercial printing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print production, prepress workflow, and color management (CMYK, spot colors, Pantone matching).
• Experience preparing files for digital and offset printing.
• Ability to analyze and correct file issues such as fonts, image resolution, and layout inconsistencies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
