We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports our branding, marketing campaigns, and property promotion efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling graphics that attract clients and elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for real estate listings, including property brochures, flyers, presentations, and banners.
• Create digital content for social media, websites, and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop branding visuals such as logos, templates, and brand guidelines when required.
• Edit and enhance property photos, videos, and virtual tours to professional standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual materials.
• Design email marketing templates, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and modern design techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer; real estate industry experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing assets.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are preferred.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
