Join the team at Lake Almanor Country Club as an Outside Golf Course Attendant and be a vital part of providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests. We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual who enjoys working outdoors and maintaining the beauty of our golf course. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a prestigious community while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, including mowing, raking bunkers, and ensuring the course remains pristine
• Greet and assist members and guests, providing excellent customer service
• Operate golf course equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf course and surrounding areas
• Support course staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license is required
• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or golf course operations is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

– Typical schedule would be 2pm – 8pm, 7 days a week. With occasional morning shifts when we have a tournament.
