Job Summary
The General Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works within the hotel premises to ensure all equipment, facilities, and guest areas are maintained in a safe and efficient condition. The role involves handling basic electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting tasks while providing prompt support to hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
- Attend and resolve guest room maintenance complaints promptly.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Inspect hotel equipment and report any defects or safety hazards.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Assist in emergency repairs and breakdown situations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
- Support renovation and improvement projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
