We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Shop Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and enjoys working with equipment. No prior experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

In this position, you will help inspect, repair, clean, refurbish, and prepare equipment for use. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and refurbish equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete shop tasks
• Grind and prep equipment for paint
• Paint equipment as needed
• Clean, prep, and replace parts as needed
• Help identify basic mechanical issues
• Perform general shop maintenance and organization
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Operate equipment as needed, including occasional forklift operation
• Assist with other shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift, move, and work on equipment parts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn to safely operate a forklift if needed

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in a shop, warehouse, maintenance, automotive, construction, or equipment-related role
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience using tools or performing repairs
