Role Summary:

A dynamic, multitasking professional to handle in-house sales, customer service, daily operations, and AMC task scheduling. This role bridges client interaction and internal execution, ensuring smooth service delivery and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and AMC renewals
  • Schedule daily technician visits and monitor task completion
  • Maintain client records and service logs
  • Coordinate with field teams and update management
  • Track leads and assist in closing sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (English, Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent multitasking and time management
  • Familiar with CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
  • Experience in service-based companies preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
