Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for reputed hotel based at Buda TX. Previous hotel experience preferred and IHG Hotel experience is a plus. Thanks.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement effective kitchen management practices to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a skilled and efficient team.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams within the hospitality
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Background in hospitality management or food service management is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
