HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER – NOW HIRING | START IMMEDIATELY
Candlewood Suites Bethlehem (IHG Extended Stay)

We’re seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our Candlewood Suites Bethlehem team! If you have 3+ years of GM experience, preferably with IHG or an extended-stay brand, we want to meet you ASAP. Training starts right away!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations and drive an outstanding guest & associate experience
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and achieve financial goals
• Ensure brand and quality standards are consistently met
• Support sales efforts and build community partnerships
• Motivate, train, and develop your team
• Maintain strong property visibility, including a minimum of 3 FD shifts weekly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Hands-on, team-focused management style
• Knowledge of IHG systems is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and ready to take ownership
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
