Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end business operations and retail strategy
  • Drive yearly sales targets, brand growth, and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of luxury customer experience and brand presentation

Retail Operations Management

  • Oversee daily showroom operations, sales floor performance, and staff productivity
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, gold/jewellery standards, and internal policies
  • Supervise POS operations, pricing updates, reporting, and stock accuracy

Sales Growth & Customer Experience

  • Lead high-value sales and manage VIP/VVIP clients
  • Train teams on luxury selling techniques, upselling, and customer engagement
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to boost revenue

Inventory, Procurement & Merchandising

  • Manage entire inventory cycle: receiving, tagging, barcoding, transfers, stock counts
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and consignment partners
  • Approve purchasing decisions, pricing, and margins

Financial & Business Management

  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
  • Approve vendor payments, settle accounts, and track profitability
  • Maintain audit-ready financial and inventory documentation

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
  • Ensure world-class showroom visuals and brand identity

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a young and motivated sales & operations team
  • Conduct training on jewellery knowledge, customer service, and sales skills
  • Oversee staffing, performance evaluation, and team development

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic-speaking candidates strongly preferred
  • Male or female applicant’s welcome
  • Young, energetic, and dynamic leadership style
  • 10+ years of experience in the jewellery industry (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
  • Minimum 5 years in a General Manager or Senior Leadership role
  • Strong technical understanding of valuations, gold pricing, and certifications
  • Experience handling high-value retail clients and VIP relationships
  • Strong background in inventory systems (POS/ERP), consignment, and stock control
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage teams, and grow a luxury retail brand
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
