Full job description

Core Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Clear debris, clear hazards, and dig trenches or foundations.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and heavy equipment safely.
• Trades Assistance: Support skilled workers (e.g., masons, carpenters, plumbers) by fetching tools and holding materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate basic hand/power tools and perform routine cleaning of machinery.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and immediately report hazards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (often 25 kg+), stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to strictly follow verbal or written instructions.
• Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety protocols.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
