General Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support production and warehouse operations in Aurora. This role includes material handling, basic assembly, and the use of hand tools. Candidates must be reliable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00–$17.50/hr
• Full-time
• Shift: 1st Shift

Key Duties

• Perform general labor tasks including assembly and material handling
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and tape measures
• Load, unload, and organize materials
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and support production goals

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience required
• Comfortable using hand tools and reading tape measurements
• Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Overtime availability
